What is your return policy?
If you need to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days for any reason, just email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for a Return Authorization shipping label. We'll issue you a refund no questions asked.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship packages globally every day. All domestic and international purchases ship by USPS priority mail. Order tracking info is provided as products leave our distribution center. Please note that on USPS First Class international packages that tracking is only available once the item reaches the US border. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.
Can you expedite shipping?
If you need expedited shipping, just email us at email@example.com. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 business days for orders to process and get out the door. Our free USPS shipments normally arrive within 5 business days of your order being placed.
